For more than 25 years Blue Chip Cookies/Gourmet has been delighting customers with premium gourmet cookies made fresh from scratch each day in each store using only the finest ingredients. We are now expanding the fabulous Blue Chip Cookie brand to include additional proprietary sweets and treats! Blue Chip Gourmet products include: tempting bakery items, our own brand of gourmet coffees, smoothies, ice cream, gelatos and sorbetto. In addition, we do have a line of sandwiches we offer in some locations where it is a good "fit", but make no mistake...we are all about delivering "Sweets and Treats" that delight anyone that loves to indulge in a "Sweet Morsel Moment!" When customers walk into a Blue Chip, their first word is "SWEET"...and now our customers have coined the expression "SWEET MORSEL!" for Blue Chip Gourmet!

Our focus at Blue Chip Gourmet is about delivering the sweet and treats to our customers that provide that little indulgence, in moderation, that we all enjoy in which we can sit back and feel like a kid again and have a moment of "YUMMMMM that taste so good." A cup of delicious freshly brewed coffee or espresso drink in the morning, mouthwatering cookies right out of the oven...which we have been noted by many parts of the country as "The Best Cookies in the Country"™, or a smooth and unique tasting gelato made right at our stores. There are many single category franchises that will just serve ice cream or just coffee, Blue Chip Gourmet delivers a multiple category franchise system that caters to customers wanting to enjoy a "sweets morsel" moment and know it was the best moment of the day! Our enhanced franchise model is designed for all markets across the United States and internationally. It is available in single unit owner/operators and area director program.

In 2010 we also recognize a growing opportunity in selective areas of the country and internationally, in which our "Blue Chip Cookies" would be a perfect add to an already successful establishment, where adding a superior, well recognized gourmet cookie, will create a unique niche in a marketplace for retailers wanting to expand their product line up. In 2010 we have launched our new Blue Chip Cookies Licensing Program, in addition to our franchising offering, in which we are offering selective "master license areas" throughout the United States and Internationally.
